MOWING WITH DAD

BO IS NOW 8 MONTHS OLD AND LOVES TO MOW THE YARD WITH HIS DAD. HE IS CRAWLING ALL OVER THE PLACE AND EATS EVERYTHING. IN FACT, ONE OF HIS FAVORITE PLACES IN THE HOUSE IS INSIDE THE REFRIGERATOR. BO APPARENTLY HAS BEEN HANGING OUT WITH SHEEP AND HORSES SINCE LAST WEEK HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A VIRAL INFECTION CALLED COXSACCHIS DISEASE....HAND, FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE. CHAD IS BUSY WITH SUMMER CONDITIONING AND I AM STILL BUSY AT THE FIRE STATION. MISS YOU ALL!

FOOD!!

Bo loves his squash...green beans not so much! I am hoping he will eat everything like his Dad. Bo is also super close to crawling. He does kind of an army scoot then he rolls. He is super special and we are lovin' everyday watching him grow. Chad is busy at work; the spring game is this coming Saturday. He has done a great job on our house. We are looking forward to starting the bathroom (upstairs) soon. Happy Easter. We love and miss you all.

Gator Bowl

Bo and I had the pleasure of accompanying Chad to the Gator Bowl this January to root for the Huskers. It was in Jacksonville, Florida. What an experience? Mom - I knew you and Dad should have let me play football. I had the pleasure of sitting next to Craig, Emily, Hayden and E during the game. A huge blessing having them there with me to take care of the baby. We also got to have news year eve supper with Uncle Gary, Grandma Diane and Aunt Lindsey. Go Huskers!

Bo is 5 months old

Bo is now 5 months old now. He rolls over and sleeps on his belly with his butt in the air. Recently, he found his voice. Last week, I took him to bible study and during the entire 2 hours he "waaaahhhhhheeeedddd" (in a good but loud way). I really did not hear most of the message because Bo was so loud; it was so funny. Bo's life is the following: he loves his bouncy toy, likes to play on the floor with his hanging toys, smiles every time we drop him off to hang with his daycare friends, enjoys watching Zoey, Wade and Taylor (his cousins)...his favorite thing; he loves to be sang to. On my off days he is exposed to Micheal Jackson, America, Wicked...my dreams of him being a professional music artist, the seeds are planted! Thanks again to everyone for all the love and support. We can't wait to go visit all the Coloradans in a couple of weeks. Love and Miss you all!

X-Mas Is A Comin'

Baby Burgess Timothy Wade is finally here!

Baby Bo Wade was born at 3:12 am on September 30th. He was a big boy, weighing 8 pounds 8 ounces and 21 1/2 inches long. He has mommy's eyes, round face, long torso and daddy's nose, ears, long toes and fingers.

He is now 11 days old and we are still adjusting. Thank God for my mom and my mother-in-law or I would be a wee bit overwhelmed right now. Luckily Chad and I have had a ton of support from friends and family. My mom stayed with us for a full week to help me get some rest...she cleaned our house, did tons of laundry, changed poopy diapers, cooked; she was basically my work horse for the week. It was a huge blessing though because Chad and I just put our little house on the market so we can move to Weeping Water soon. (A town of 1100 people...no McDonalds not even a stop light!)Lindsey and Momma Who have been great too (Who dat? Momma Who is my mother-in-law) Thanks to Lindsey I had really pretty toes and daily advice on feeding! Who answered a midnight frantic phone call from Chad and I...why won't he stop crying?? He was hungry; my milk hadn't come it yet. Thanks WHO!!

To everyone else, Thanks for all the gifts. Bo has received some awesome stuff from everybody...from Monster outfits to baseball uniforms, a NU vs. CU cloth diaper (when Bo poops, he will poop on the CU side)
